1. Student excursion to The Hunter Valley – Meetings & Events and Food & Beverage students will visit The Hunter Valley businesses to have a look at their event locations and have an opportunity to speak with professionals in the industry. Students will visit Hope Estate where concerts of up to 20,000 people are staged, also The Hunter Valley Wine Country Tourism where students can see the links between events, accommodation, activities, dining etc. Students will also get to check out job opportunities. Then to Events of Elegance to see a design perspective for events.
